Mrs Winter (Head of Dance)

At the end of the Autumn Term, four of our wonderful Upper Sixth students were entered for their RAD Grade 8 Ballet Examination and we are so pleased to announce that they all passed with Merits. Mimi Collier, Lottie Forbes-Laird, Charlotte MacMahon and Loire McBreen worked hard to master the challenging syllabus and technical demands.

These students all undertook the learning via Zoom lessons, under the amazing tutelage of Mrs D’Arcy (Dance Teacher), throughout all of last year’s lockdowns. They were so dedicated that even during their summer holidays they continued their learning in Bedford Park when restrictions eased in order to be ready for their exam.

They achieved a very high standard of work and can now progress onto the Intermediate syllabus. Congratulations to you all for your perseverance and achievement.
