Miss Bream (Dance Teacher)

This term in Dance, Year 3 investigated The Birds In our World, including Swans, Herons, Owls and Penguins. They created a piece of choreography that included hatching, cliff jumping and flocking and also looked at the intricacies of shape, expression, flow and dynamics.

Their own tasks included composing a short phrase which they taught to other members of their bird group and also a research project into an unusual bird of their choice.

They explored and interpreted the sensitivities of birds to create a beautiful final piece to end their Year 3 Dance journey.
