Many congratulations to our superstar swimmers who excelled for their clubs and counties, at the Swim England East Region Regional Championships.

This age group based competition consists of the very best swimmers across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex competing to be Regional Champions!

We were delighted to have seven BGS swimmers race at these hotly contested championships: Eva Jackson (Year 6), Megan Barnicoat (Year 7), Holly Katasi (Year 8), Charlie Duce (Year 9), Eloise Cole (Year 10), Lucy Young (Lower Sixth) and Eleni Zorn (Lower Sixth)

Eva raced in the 50m free and did well to qualify for the 50m freestyle as an 11-year-old in the 11/12 age group. Eleni and Lucy raced 2 and 6 events respectively.
