The French Department is delighted to announce that Year 8 students have been awarded a special group prize from the prestigious Institut Français in London. 

Institut Français is a worldwide network and promotes French language and culture and encourages cross-cultural exchange and cultural diversity.

As part of the Institut's annual South Kensington Kids' Festival, girls were asked to produce an illustrated story about a journey they had made, either real or imaginary. 

Entries were submitted in October and Year 8 were informed just before Christmas that they had won the prize.
