Empowering Students for Life Beyond School

We are excited to invite you to our Sixth Form Open Evening on Thursday 7th November, from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. This is a wonderful opportunity for you and your family to discover the dynamic environment of our Sixth Form and learn more about the diverse curriculum we offer.

During the evening, you’ll hear how we guide students to develop independence, effectively manage their time and make thoughtful decisions about their future. We’ll also demonstrate how we inspire them to explore new opportunities and reach their personal and academic goals as they prepare for life beyond Bedford Girls' School. You’ll be able to explore our state-of-the-art Sixth Form Common Room, The Hub, and our welcoming Chequers Café.

You’ll also have the chance to meet with our department heads and teaching staff to gain a deeper understanding of the IB Diploma Programme and A Level pathways. This will provide invaluable insight to help students make informed subject choices.

The evening will begin with registration at Sixth Form House at 6:30pm, followed by a series of talks. Afterwards, you’ll be able to meet with our Senior Leadership Team, pastoral staff, our Careers team and subject specialists.
