Staff and pupils from across the school came together on Shrove Tuesday for the annual Bedford Girls’ School House Pancake Race.

Both pupils and staff were excited to get flipping on the astro turf pitches outside the Assembly Hall, with two races held for the Junior School and one each for the Senior School and staff.

Austen claimed the Junior School event, while Nightingale was victorious in the Senior School race. Austen, Chanel and Nightingale were the joint overall winners of the competition.
