On Wednesday afternoon, The Bridge Careers Department were delighted to welcome Kate Morgan for an insightful Lunchbox Lecture about early year’s higher education and training available at the world-renowned Norland College in Bath.

Kate described Norland’s comprehensive training programme, which fully integrates theory and practice. She also explained how its own employment agency provides 100% employment opportunities for fully qualified Norland Nannies to work with children and families.

Isobel Stultiens (Lower Sixth), said: “The talk was extremely informative and interesting. It has enabled me to understand more about the profession, as well as finding out the fantastic overview of the college. Equally, as something that I had not known much about before, the talk was an excellent introduction to what working in the field of childcare would be like.”
