Last Thursday, we welcomed our first parent group of the New Year to our monthly Reading Breakfast.

It was a hive of excitement as parents shared stories with the girls and our Guided Group Reading was modelled. 

Creating a home environment in our Library, where the girls are able to sit amongst familiar adults that share their enjoyment of books, creates exposure to texts and has a really positive impact on their desire to read for pleasure. We love having that support from our parent group and always look forward to our next event.
