Mrs Martin (Head of Year 3)

We were delighted to welcome our Year 2 Polam friends into school earlier this week.

With such glorious weather, it was awesome to be able to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of our Junior School Gardens. The morning started with some friendly relay races on the Tennis courts led by our fabulous Games Staff, followed by two activities which the girls rotated through; singing with Mr Keating-Roberts (Director of Music) and some Identity Art with Mrs Thomas (Year 3 teacher) and I.

It has been almost two years since we have been able to host such events. The Year 3 girls enjoyed sharing their new environment with their new friends and it was particularly lovely for the girls who had been to Polam, to see their old peers and teachers. For some girls, it gave an opportunity to mix with their older siblings.

We are very much looking forward to more of these events as the term develops…
