Miss Bream (Coordinator of Co-curricular Dance)

It’s been an exciting Autumn term within our Co-curricular Dance programme with our students from Years 4 to Upper Sixth developing their creativity ahead of their RAD Ballet and also ISTD Modern and Tap examinations.

In addition to learning how to dance, examinations develop important transferable skills, including resilience, attention to detail, discipline, motivation, a sense of well-being and of course a feeling of enjoyment. The results of the Modern and Tap came through very quickly for this session; with 100% pass rate, two students achieved Distinction, eighteen achieved Merit and three, a Pass. A huge congratulations to everyone who took part.

We now await the RAD results which are expected in the new year.
