The festive season is upon us and we are excited to invite the BGS community to a whole host of events.

Christmas Fayre

Mark your calendars for our BGS Christmas Fayre which takes place on Saturday 2nd December, 2.00pm – 4.30pm at BGS. Entry to the Fayre is just £3 for adults which also includes a mince pie and a drink. Children under 16 go free!

Organised by The Association (PTA), the fayre will have your favourite things including Santa’s Grotto (pre – booking essential, see flyer here for details), The Girls’ Room where you will find fun games, competitions, and stalls. There will be our Newly New Uniform Sale in the Sixth Form Hub, where bargains are always available, as well as the ever-popular Christmas Market, showcasing the best that Bedford's’ local businesses have to offer and, of course the Junior School Choir will bring the festive cheer with their incredible talents!

The Guild Christmas Carol Evening

The Guild would like to invite you to a festive evening of singing and shopping at The Arc, Bedford, on the evening of Thursday 14th December 2023 from 6.30pm-10:00pm.

We will be joined by talented Vocal Coach Carrie Rawlings (BHS 1998), who will warm the crowd with a fun festive sing. She’ll then teach you a well-known Christmas carol with a pop twist. Come and get involved!

The event will be hosted in Bedford’s artistic emporium, The Arc, owned by Gemma Crawley-Roberts (BHS 1998). Tickets for the evening are priced at £10 per person, to include mulled wine and seasonal bites. Please click here to book your place.
