Each term, we ask our students what they would like to see on the menu for the following term. This, along with our student-led menu planning forum, forms the basis of our menu planning.

One request that has kept popping up is sushi, and now it's on our menu, available at the tuck shop and in our Chequers Café. It is fast becoming a Greens Kitchen staple. I always think making sushi can be daunting for those who haven't made it or tried it before, so I have put together a how-to guide.
