Talented alpine skier Holly Tutt (Upper Sixth), continues to soar to new heights on the slopes as a member of the Alpine Performance Racing Team.

Holly’s racing schedule began with two giant slalom events in Moena in the Dolomites, Italy, just before Christmas. After a brief return to the UK, she headed back to Italy on 28th December and competed in two slalom night races under floodlights in St Moritz, Switzerland, on the 2nd and 3rd January which was a first-time experience for Holly.

Her success continued at the international Scottish FIS race series in Bormio, Italy, held from 6th to 9th January. Over the four days of competition, she achieved outstanding results, including second place in the GB U21 and under category and third place overall in the slalom on the first day. On the second day, she placed third in the GB U21 and under category in the slalom. Her giant slalom performances on the third and fourth days saw her secure second place in the GB U21 and under category and second place overall on both days. Holly also claimed first place in the U18 international category and fifth place overall in the international rankings on the final day.

Holly celebrated new personal bests, with 95 seed points in slalom and an impressive 78 seed points in giant slalom on the final day of the competition.

Currently, Holly is racing in giant slalom and slalom events on the challenging World Cup ‘Aloch’ piste in Pozza di Fassa, Italy. Her season continues with further races in Italy, including Super G and Downhill events before the end of January.

We wish Holly every success in the upcoming races and look forward to celebrating more of her accomplishments.
