We welcome you to our Sixth Form Open Evening on Tuesday 17th October from 6.30pm - 8.30pm.
The evening is designed to give families an opportunity to learn more about the Sixth Form environment and curriculum. This includes how we prepare our students to establish their independence and manage their work and time; how we support them in making decisions, in broadening their horizons and fulfilling their aspirations as they plan for life after school. Families will also be able to view our modern Sixth Form Common Room, known as The Hub, and Chequers Café.
There will be an opportunity to meet with department heads and teaching staff to learn the detail of both IB Diploma Programme and A Level subject specifications and assessments, which will help students make informed initial subject choices.
The evening starts with registration in Sixth Form House at 6.30pm followed by a series of talks, and then a chance to meet our Senior Leadership team, pastoral staff, our dedicated Careers team and subject specialist teachers.
