Salary: £23,569.00 per annum, actual salary is £15,141.00 per annum.

The Role:
An opportunity has arisen within our well-established Catering Department to join as Kitchen Porter/Stores Person. The successful candidate must be driven, focused and have the ability to work in a timely manner to manage incoming orders/deliveries, correctly store food with stock rotation and keep all food storage areas clean and tidy and to support the pot wash team.
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage all incoming stock orders, to correctly check in all orders, declining products if they are spoilt or long enough date.
- To correctly store food in the right area ensuring efficient stock rotation to reduce wastage.
- To communicate with chefs when putting together orders to advise on current stock levels.
- To ensure that all kitchen equipment is stored in the correct place to increase efficiencies within the department
