About the Role
We are thrilled to offer a unique and exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to join our team as a Drama and Theatre Supervising Technician. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our theatre and performance venues, where you will manage scheduling for internal and external users, play an active role in the Drama & Dance Department, and supervise short-term contract workers (when applicable). You will also play an active role in the wider school by supporting with events that require technician support and creative input.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality theatrical and AV technical services.
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and security of the theatre’s physical plant, ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Take on the dynamic role of Production Manager for school productions, including running production meetings, setting schedules and deadlines, and organising the purchase and hire of specialist lighting, sound, and audio-visual equipment, set builds, and costume procurement.
- Manage the budget for the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of all technical equipment, ensuring all programmes meet artistic and budgetary aims.

About the role:
We are looking for an experienced individual to lead our team of science technicians to provide outstanding support to our large science department. The ideal candidate will have worked as a science technician in an educational setting and possess excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. The role includes the efficient management of our science labs; the supervision of our science technicians; the planning and prioritising of tasks; the undertaking of risk assessments; the preparations of lessons and experiments; and ensuring that all apparatus and chemicals are correctly handled and maintained.

We are looking for an enthusiastic pro-active individual with excellent interpersonal skills to lead the School Office Services team in order to provide an exceptional, customer focused administrative service that supports the school’s objectives. This is a key role with responsibility for the smooth running of the administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Senior School Office team, recruiting, inducting, developing, motivating and appraising staff to ensure that they have clear understanding of their roles and expectations, and that high-performance standards are achieved and maintained.
- Ensure that all stakeholders receive a prompt, friendly, and efficient service in line with the School’s ethos.
- Provide administrative support to the running of the school including the external distribution of emails and letters.
- Constantly and proactively challenge the efficiency of processes – identifying redundant systems & approaches, finding ways to optimise, digitise and make tasks more effective and streamlined.
- Ensure the Junior and Senior School office teams collaborate to support each other and enhance our service levels to our parents and visitors.
