The Upper Sixth started to bid goodbye to each other on Friday night (3rd July) at their Leavers’ Ball.
Attended by the girls, their teachers and partners, some of whom came from Bedford School, the event was held at the Bedford Corn Exchange and started a week of goodbyes.
The Upper Sixth were out in force at Sports Day on Monday and Prize Giving on Wednesday, while on Thursday there was a Celebration Day.
This featured a rounders match against staff, a barbecue and a final assembly to end their formal career at the school.
The girls were also invited to their last whole school assembly today.
Dr Walters, Director of Sixth Form, said: “It’s been a pleasure to work with the girls since I joined in August. They’ve developed into fine young women and they will serve as fantastic ambassadors to the school. We wish them all the best for the future.”
