On Tuesday, our Year 3 and 4 girls walked through town with great anticipation, eager to experience the annual Christmas Magic Show at Bedford Prep School.

The girls were warmly welcomed by the boys, and were soon mesmerised by the magic tricks and illusions presented by the magician.

After a quick snack, the girls were thrilled to see the magician disappear into a giant red balloon! This was followed by an amazing illusion where Olivia O’Connor disappeared into a box and was seemingly chopped in half! Many of the girls covered their eyes and gasped in amazement. Fortunately, Olivia emerged unscathed and looking very pleased to have been part of a real magic trick.

Emily Pugsley in 4CS described the afternoon as simply, ‘magical’.
