Mrs Childs (Head of Year 6)

On Wednesday, all of Year 6 had the opportunity to meet Miss MacKenzie (Headmistress) and Mrs Clements (Head of Years 7 and 8), for an informal discussion and a hot chocolate in the Senior School.

Groups of girls visited throughout the day, sharing their interests and discussing what they were looking forward to when they make the transition through to the Senior School. The girls were very excited to bring in their special items, something that they were proud of, to the meeting and to share it with Miss MacKenzie and Mrs Clements

Mrs Clements said: “It is always a pleasure to meet the Year 6 girls and hear about their aspiration and hopes for the Senior School. It is also an important part of the induction process which ensures they make a successful transition from Junior to Senior School.”
