Ella Raising Funds for the NHS

Junior School Charity

We are so proud of inspirational student, Ella Coupland (Year 3), who has setup a stall at Aspley Guise & Woburn Sands Golf Club, selling recycled golf balls to raise funds for the NHS.

Ella put a plea out to her local community, putting a note in her neighbour’s post boxes asking if they could kindly donate their golf balls. She managed to collect an estimated total of 600 balls. So far, she has raised just over £100, and the golf club have also agreed to match Ella’s final total. We are sure, as golf clubs reopen, there will be lots of demand for golf balls. Fantastic work Ella!

Miss Coote (Year 3 teacher) said: “We are super proud of Ella, she has gone above and beyond, using her entrepreneurial spirit to raise funds for the NHS during these challenging times.”
