The Junior School Leadership Group (JSLG) have been excitedly planning their first Junior School Quiz this week, with the intention of raising money for United World Schools (UWS).

With the support of the Junior School Captain, Prefects and Service Team, they all met on Wednesday to formalise the quiz and share their ideas. It was a collaborative session, with lots of intellectual playfulness and strategy planning on show as we tried to make our categories and questions both fun and challenging.

Anna Mathew (Junior School Captain) said: “It was really nice to see how the Junior School pupils worked together as a team, whilst creating the quiz, and how their resilience and organisation skills allowed them to overcome challenges that came their way.”

Miss Coote (JSLG Coordinator) said: “The students are already looking forward to next Wednesday Lunchtime (12:45 – 13:15) when they will be putting their hard work and planning into action. We will be inviting Years 3 – 6 to take part and there will be prizes for the winning group, in addition to juice and biscuits.”
