Mrs Tombs (Deputy Catering Manager)

Each term I send an email out to the students asking what they would like to see on the counters at lunch time. A request for this term’s menu was Butter Chicken (Murgh Makhani) and I have to say it has proved to be extremely popular.

I personally love when it comes around on our menu cycle, it fills the kitchen with the most incredible smell. If you make this at home be prepared for your neighbours to come knocking asking what you are cooking!
