As a team we love creating themed lunches and led by our Chinese Heritage Chef, Mrs Anchaleekorn Langley, we put together a Chinese Inspired menu to celebrate the Lunar New Year. Each dish was carefully thought out to appeal to all tastes with the Pork Char Siu (Chinese BBQ Pork) being the favourite dish of the day!
As it was the dish we got the most compliments on, I have provided the Char Siu Pork recipe. Why not give it a go at home this weekend!
