Alumnae Super Sporting Sunday – Sunday 26th March 2023 

Open to all the whole BGS community, the day will showcase a wonderful day of sporting matches at BGS, from 9.00am-3.00pm.

9.30am - Old Girls’ vs First Team  Lacrosse in memory of Joan Gibson- Head of PE at Bedford High School from 1951-1972. (at the main BGS Cardington Road site)

11.15am - Old Girls’ vs First Team Hockey in memory of Sarah Raven, a former BHS pupil (2004) and PE teacher at DAHS and BGS.

12.30pm - Buffet Lunch for players and spectators 

1.45pm - Netball Matches also in memory of Sarah Raven, (née Fisher)

London Alumnae Drinks Reception - Thursday 20th April 2023, 6.30-8.30pm

Always an ever-popular event on the BGS calendar, the drinks reception gives staff and alumnae an opportunity to catch-up and network.   

The event this year will be held at the stylish offices of Orveon Global, home to global beauty brands such as Laura Mercier and bareMinerals, which has been kindly loaned to us for the evening by alumna and Orevon General Manager, Helen Wood (née Smith, BHS 1989).

Tickets for the evening are priced at £15.00 per person, which will include a selection of drinks and canapés. The Orevon Offices are located at 2nd Floor, 15 Henrietta Street, London WC2E 8QG, and are within a 5-minute walk of Covent Garden and Charing Cross Stations.
