On Saturday, BGS played St Paul's Girls' School in what was their first Spring Term fixture of the term, 11 matches took to the well-watered Cople Fields.
The matches were extremely competitive across all age groups and there was a real buzz of excitement that the lacrosse season is now well underway. The 1st team won 10-6, they had some brilliant moments, maintaining a high level of play throughout. With over 130 goals scored across the morning there was plenty for the spectators to enjoy.
Other results from the morning were 2nd team lost 3-5, U15A drew 7-7, U15B drew 4-4. U14A won 14-3, U14B won 5-3, U13A lost 10-11, U13B won 10-3, U12A won 8-3, U12B lost 1-3 and U12C won 9-2.
BGS will be hosting another exciting block fixture with 11 teams facing St Albans High School for Girls on the morning of Saturday 18th January.
