Mrs Winter (Head of Dance)

Our Years 7 and 8 dancers have been actively engaged virtual learning at home, researching and presenting different genres of dance forms and styles across the globe. Styles such as Ballet, Salsa, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Lindy Hop and Jazz have been presented through detailed, interactive and beautifully visual presentations.

Their work has transported us into the world of Dance, where all aspects of the discipline have been explored from historical facts, stylistic qualities, famous dancers and choreographers and even the girls own choreographic work based on their chosen style. Some girls have also submitted artistic representations of costume ideas.
