The pandemic has had devastating impact on charitable causes in the UK, with many fundraising initiatives severely restricted during lockdown. Jessica Yeoman (Year 7) was concerned how smaller charities are currently suffering and wanted to raise awareness of Crohn’s & Colitis UK, a charity that is close to her heart. She challenged herself to do 100 ‘round the worlds’ with her lacrosse stick, in order to raise funds for the charity. She managed an astounding 94! Well done, Jessica. Can you beat Jessica’s score? Give it a go.
