Last Saturday, the Association held their fourth May Ball, and this one was a Night in Hollywood.
250 parents, staff and friends of the School arrived in their finery to be greeted by a glass of bubbles on the most beautiful night of the year. They were entertained by close-up magician Matthew Garrett, who wowed everyone with his clever tricks.
The marquee was decorated with twinkling fairy lights and glittering table decorations with a black and white theme. The guests enjoyed a delicious three-course meal with excellent table service from the super-efficient Upper Sixth Form students.
As the evening progressed, two guests won generous packages of prizes in the Heads and Tails competition including four tickets to Wasps and a magnum of champagne, before the band, Breakthrough got the dancing going and filled the floor in an instant.
What a wonderful night. The Association would like to thank everyone for their support and generosity and look forward to seeing many of you again at our next functions after the summer holidays.
