Whole School The Association

The Association is delighted to invite all parents, staff and the wider community to the upcoming Christmas Fayre on Saturday 30th November, 2pm to 4.30pm at Bedford Girls’ School.

There will be around thirty stalls selling everything from spices and chillies to handmade scarves and necklaces. Mulled wine will be served and there’ll be several choral performances to get the festive spirit flowing - you can even join in if the mood takes you!

The second hand uniform sale will be part of the Fayre as well, and the ever-popular 'Girls Room' will be full of festive fun, from traditional family games to glitter tattoos and crafts. This year there will be an extra special 'Secret's Room', allowing girls to purchase and wrap small Christmas gifts for family members and friends.

The Association requires stock for the tombola – do you have a bottle of any sort at home? It could be bubble bath or bubbles to drink or anything in between (please just check 'best before' dates), the only requirement is that it is in a bottle! Please feel free to drop bottles at either the Senior or Junior School Reception at any point between in the week preceding the fayre beginning Monday 26th November, please note however that any alcoholic donations need to be brought to reception by a parent and not a pupil.

Entry is free for children and £2 per adult including tea or coffee and a cake. Please come along – family and friends are welcome! Any queries should be directed to [email protected]
