Congratulations to all the girls who won awards at the Bedford Hockey Club End of Season Awards evening on Saturday 28th April.

Many BGS girls and staff who represent Bedford Hockey Club on a Saturday in the adult teams and some of whom also play for their junior teams on a Sunday.

Bedford Hockey Club run six ladies teams that are suitable for many different abilities from 13 years upwards. On a Sunday morning, they cater for U8s, U10s, U12s, U14s, U16s and U18s. We have seen that the girls who play club hockey really develop, which positively impacts their school hockey.

This year the BGS girls that won awards are:

Cerys Peppiatt (Year 9) – Ladies 6th team player of the season 
Florence Miller (Year 9) – Academy player of the season
Alexa Wilson (Year 11) – Ladies 4th team player of the season
Emily Allen (Lower Sixth) – Ladies 3rd team player of the season and Ladies Indoor player of the season
