Miss Huckle (Head of Netball)

Saturday 29th January saw our talented U14 A, U16 A and U19 A teams compete in the prestigious England Netball Regional Netball Finals following successful qualification in the county qualifiers.

The U14s got better throughout the day finishing with a great win against Grays Convent High School. They finished 4th in their group.

The U16s had a nail-biting game against Broxbourne School where they lost by one goal in the final seconds of the game. Broxbourne then went on to compete in the semi-finals and then 3rd/4th play off. The U16s also finished 4th in their group.

The U19s had a strong start to their day beating a tenacious Norwich School by three goals, they continued their winning streak all day and only lost one game to Berkhamsted School. They played an extremely talented St Albans High School for Girls in the semi final and narrowly missed out on a place at National Schools. In the 3rd/4th play off they took on Stephen Perse School and came out victorious claiming a bronze/3rd place medal!
