The Music department are very excited to invite all members of the school community – students, staff, parents and alumnae – to take part in a virtual performance of Bill Withers’ classic, Lean On Me. It’s very easy and you would only be required to sing one chorus and just two other lines, although we are also welcoming all those who would like to sing one of the solo verses or play an instrument. In addition, a House Point will be awarded to every student taking part, while those submitting solos will receive five. Everything you need including instructions can be found here, but please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions.
We also continue to encourage and support all of you making Music at home during this time, having seen some amazing performances already. Please do get in touch to share your great work with us, if you want any help & advice, or if you’re looking for others to collaborate with. Again, House Points will be awarded with bonuses for flair, originality, humour and creativity.
