Last Friday, we were delighted to welcome back BGS 2018 leavers, Maddie Coomber and Charlie Anderson, back in to school for a catch up and a tour of the school.

Maddie is currently studying Primary Education (with a specialism in Mathematics) at the University of Reading. Whilst Charlie is just about to embark on a degree in Computer Science at the University of East Anglia, having just completed her Foundation year there.

The former students enjoyed a tour of the school, including the new Science area (pictured with Mrs Wathen, Head of Biology and Mrs Jenkin, Biology Teacher). Charlie’s arrival to a Year 9 classroom was particularly timely example as Dr Dwamena was talking about Mathematical skills and Computer Science.
