It was wonderful to welcome our BGS community to our traditional Open House event on Wednesday, which saw visitors into school at both ends of the school day.
Families enjoyed personalised student-guided tours of the both Senior and Junior School sites and had the opportunity to talk to staff in various departments.
The special event also recognised the important and supporting role grandparents play in many of our students’ lives. We hope all the grandparents and parents enjoyed seeing their granddaughters and daughters’ creative talents inside and outside of the classroom.
On Saturday, we will be opening our doors once again for Open Morning (registration from 9.40am, talks starting at 10am). The event provides the perfect opportunity for current and prospective families to tour the school, meet our staff and talk to current students. You can book your place here.
On Thursday 3rd November (6:30-8:30pm), we look forward to hosting our Sixth Form Open Evening. The event is designed to give families an opportunity to learn more about the Sixth Form environment and curriculum.
This includes how we prepare our students to establish their independence and manage their work and time; how we support them in making decisions, in broadening their horizons and fulfilling their aspirations as they plan for life after school. You can book your place here.
