On Tuesday lunchtime, we welcomed alumna, Eloise Cawood (BGS 2022), back into school as part of our Lunch Box Lecture series.

Eloise is currently 18 months into a Manufacturing Degree Apprenticeship with Morrisons, which has given her experience in a number of different roles in a variety of different locations (she had come all the way from Grimsby for the talk!) as well as studying for a degree.

She gave a detailed insight into what life is like on her Degree Apprenticeship, talking about both the work and study elements, as well as an honest look at the pros and cons. She also spoke about what the interview process and timeline looked like for her apprenticeship, and gave some information on what other areas Morrisons offer Degree Apprenticeships in.

It was great to welcome back Eloise and to see how well she is doing in her current role and where her journey has taken her since leaving us in Summer 2022!
