The Year 11 work experience week was a great success this year, there were a vast array of placements undertaken from Aston Martin to The White Company head office, local schools and hospitals to Unilever and Luton Crown Court.

A special thank you to Mr David Fish, who arranged for a group of girls to go to TATA Communications for the day. They met and were inspired by women working in Communications and Social Media, Engineering, PR, Marketing, Sales, Operations and HR about the importance of focus, willpower and hard work. The girls came away buzzing with the range of opportunities open to them.

Meanwhile current Year 10 students have been briefed about work experience next year and have been advised to use the summer to think about what they would like to achieve from their placements and to start approaching contacts.
