Mrs Winter (Head of Dance)

We are delighted to announce that talented contemporary dancer Helena Nicolaides (Year 11) has been chosen to perform alongside dancers from across Northamptonshire and Bedfordshire as part of the Alston Inspired 2019 project.

Acclaimed choreographer Sir Richard Alston selected Helena to perform in his performance Final Edition at the Royal & Derngate Theatre, Northampton on Tuesday 1st and Wednesday 2nd October 2019. The curtain raiser piece has been created for 24 selected young people as a collaboration between Richard Alston Dance Company and the regional company Two Thirds Sky (based in Bedford).

Helena has been working with professional dance artists over the summer including rehearsing with Richard himself. We are so proud of Helena’s achievements and wish her luck for her performance on stage.
