As part of our 10th birthday celebrations, we were delighted to have the opportunity to welcome former Head Girls and Deputies, as well as former Headmistress, Miss Jo MacKenzie, back to school for a celebratory dinner along with our current and outgoing Girls’ Leadership Groups (GLG).

The GLG is a fantastic way to develop leadership skills in our students as they lead their own small teams and act as role models throughout the school. Aside from the Head Girl and the Deputy, there are a number of other roles in Service, Sport, Arts, Houses, as well as our new additional roles this year in Sustainability, Diversity & Inclusion and the Junior School Captain.

It was lovely to see our current students chatting to their older role models as they reconnected friendships and built a sense of sisterhood over a wonderful dinner. Staff enjoyed seeing their former students, hearing all their latest news and were inspired to hear about the wide range of exciting careers they were forging. Set in the Assembly Hall, our wonderful in-house kitchen, Green’s, served up a delicious seasonal menu for all to enjoy, it felt a very special evening indeed.
