I think a lot of people after an indulgent festive period look at January to kickstart a healthy eating plan.
During lunch service, we always have a specialty salad as well as the make your own station. A very popular salad is the Roasted Beetroot and Goats Cheese Salad… This is one I like to make at home and eat warm or pop in the fridge for easy snacking.
An alternative option is using a vegan goats’ cheese, which can be purchased from most supermarkets.
