On Monday 27th November, Sixth Form students from Bedford Girls' School, Bedford School and Bedford Modern School joined together for a light-hearted and social English Society quiz. 

Each school contributed with different rounds, which varied from making a recognisable literary character out of Play Doh, to identifying novels made into films, and guessing when the first English dictionary was created. 

Morgan Forbes (Lower Sixth) commented “It was really lovely to mix with people from different schools and come together to talk about English.”

Deeksha Dinesh (Lower Sixth) added: “This event was a really good opportunity to make new friends from BMS and Bedford School. The quizzes were interactive, and we were all racking our brains to try and find the answers. Overall, it was an afternoon well spent, and I am looking forward to the next one!”
