Mrs Woolley (Biology Teacher)
After being inspired by the of Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition, the Biology Department decided to run a Biological Photograph Competition, where girls were asked to submit photographs of living organisms in return for House Points.
We received over 300 entries from both staff and students with superb photographs ranging from family pets to wild elephants, insects and garden flowers. It was a tough decision to decide on the top three, the results were as follows:
First place: Chloe Howe (Year 10)
Second place: Alice Hartshorn (Year 10)
Third place: Molly Lincoln (Year 8)
Highly commended:
Mitali Misra (Year 7)
Emily McMahon (Year 10)
Congratulations to all who took part and particularly our winners who will be enjoying the taste of success in chocolate form!
