We are proud to announce that alumna Sandra Willans (BHS 1982) has written and composed The Forget Me Not Song to raise awareness of the power of music for people living with dementia.

Sandra volunteers at Singing for the Brain (SftB) sessions for the Alzheimerʼs Society in South London and Surrey, and all the funds raised from sales and downloads will be utilised by Singing for the Brain groups across the UK.

The music is available now from the Alzheimerʼs Society online shop for pre-order here, before officially launching on 28th October 2019.

The Alzheimerʼs Society celebrated its 40th birthday this year, the song was performed by Sandra and her SftB singers at the Guildhall in London Birthday Gala Dinner on Thursday evening.
