The LRC is delighted to once again play host to our annual Scholastic Traveling Books Sale. The sale which began on Wednesday, includes a wonderful selection of bestselling authors including Liz Pichon (creator of Tom Gates), David Walliams, Jacqueline Wilson and Phil Earle. Girls can purchase Philip Pullman's His Dark Materials, now a major BBC series and official guides to the wizarding world of Harry Potter, alongside many other award winning titles.
The sale will be open to the girls at break and lunch until Tuesday 19th November, and each class will have the opportunity to visit the fair as part of their library session. All books sold will earn the LRC commission that will be used to purchase free books to add to our existing fantastic junior library resource.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for supporting the book fair and we look forward to seeing the girls excitement and talking all things book when they visit the fair.
