Ho! Ho! Ho! What a wonderful way to embrace the festive spirit as our Years 3 and 4 girls joined the boys at Bedford Prep School for a pantomime extravaganza!
On Wednesday 11th December, the pupils were treated to a fantastic performance of National Elf Service, a hilariously heartwarming tale that had everyone laughing, dancing and singing and reflecting on the importance of health and well-being.
The lively story followed a reluctant hero named Sam, who was thrust into a mission to save Christmas. With mischievous characters, catchy songs and moments of pure comedy, the performance was packed with fun and festive cheer. Its clever blend of humour, teamwork, and uplifting messages left everyone inspired to look after themselves and one another.
The visit didn’t end with the show. On the way back to school, the pupils shared their thoughts and favourite moments, with many highlighting the set design, costumes and interactive elements that brought the story to life.
Thank you to Bedford Prep School for their kind hospitality and to the performers for creating an enjoyable afternoon. It was a lovely opportunity to come together, mark the season and end the term positively.
Here’s to the magic of Christmas and the joy it brings to all!
