The Association is very excited to hold the Christmas Fayre on Saturday 4th December from 2:00pm - 4:30 pm.
We hope you will be able to join us at this festive school event. Mulled wine will be served to enjoy, whilst taking in the fantastic choral performances of both the Junior School and Eagle Choirs to get the festive spirit flowing.
The second-hand uniform sale will run as part of the Fayre and the ever-popular ‘Girls Rooms’ will be full of festive fun, from traditional games to glitter tattoos and crafts.
There will be several stalls selling a huge variety of items such as jewellery, clothing, candles, scarves, Christmas decorations, skincare, health and wellness items, food and drink gifts and many other tasty treats.
BGS student, Aryaana Rafi (Year 9), will be selling her beautiful handmade jewellery at the event and said: “I started my small business this January. After spending some time creating and experimenting with clay, I decided that I wanted to share my skills with other people, by starting my own store - bumblebyaryaana. I make jewellery, trinkets and small gifts perfect for Christmas. This year I will be selling at BGS Christmas Fayre, where I will be donating 10% of all my funds to Care4Calais, a volunteer-run refugee charity working with refugees in the UK, France and Belgium. The charity helps to provide food, warm clothes, shelter and more.”
We look forward to seeing many of you tomorrow.
Important information: The event will comply with the government’s latest COVID guidelines. All visitors will be required to wear face masks, hand sanitiser stations will be on-site and there will be good ventilation across the school.
