We are absolutely delighted to celebrate and extend our congratulations to Lower Sixth students, Nicole Pitter, Gemma Wallington, and Erin Schofield Mellor, for their outstanding achievements in the RAD Ballet examinations. These talented individuals have earned themselves High Merits and a Merit award in the prestigious Grade 6 examination.

To succeed at this high level of Classical Ballet requires lots of hard work, determination, excellent time management and most important of all a passion for Dance! Our talented students clearly have all of these attributes and qualities.

Mr Stratton (Director of Drama and Dance) added: “The continued success of our students in Dance at BGS is cause for celebration. This year we have seen a wealth of excellent results in our exam classes alongside growing numbers in our co-curricular classes and brilliant progress made by students in curriculum lessons.

“The department is fortunate to include expert teachers and, as evidenced by these most results, expert students. I would like to extend a huge congratulations to Nicole, Gemma and Erin on their incredible and well-deserved accolade.”
