On Thursday 30th January, we welcomed Louie Judd (BGS 2020) back into school for our first Lunch Box Lecture of 2025.

Louie joined us to discuss a variety of areas, including her film studies and creative writing degree (Louie studied at the University of Essex), as well as the books she has published – all attendees even got a copy of her published workbook based around promoting self-confidence.

The students had many questions for Louie about publishing books, how to choose your Sixth Form subjects and then your degree, volunteering/societies at university, and some about her new job as a data analyst and how she applies her creativity to the role.

We would like to thank Louie for joining us and promoting creativity and confidence. I know that our Library team are hoping to welcome her back in the near future for some writing-based workshops, so we hope to see her again soon!
