Mrs Martin (Head of Year 3)

Inspired by their interest in World War II and the significance of poppies, the students in Year 3 have been investigating factual recounts and poetry related to evacuees. They have used the poem, Evacuees on the Move (author unknown) to create a class poem, which involved identifying the syllables and rhyme to be able to repeat the pattern in the poem.
