Mrs Martin (Head of Year 3)

Continuing their Inquiry into Organisations are created to solve problems and support human endeavour and enterprise, Year 3 have been investigating why people join organisations. The girls collectively agreed a success criteria where they would direct their research; what is the purpose of the organisation, what action does the organisation take to serve its purpose, where in the world the organisation has an impact, what logo do they have and what does it mean? Using their critical thinking skills, they then had to determine if there was something that they thought the organisation wasn’t doing yet that would support their purpose further.

As always, they had autonomy on how to present their findings. This was, however, the first time they had been able to work in bigger groups in a while and they rose to the challenge superbly, proving themselves as clear communicators and thinkers. We were immensely proud of the depth of their findings.
