Mrs Schofield (Head of Year 4)

On Wednesday 15th May, our Year 4 girls travelled to Grafham Water Activity Centre in Huntingdon for a three-day jam-packed crusade, full of water sports and physical challenges. 

The girls exceeded all our expectations, in terms of teamwork, resilience, kindness to each other and pure grit! It was wonderful to see those girls who had found the thought of the climbing wall or the challenge of sailing a boat independently so daunting, meet those challenges and learn just how much they could do with support from their teachers and friends.

The girls had to dig deep and work outside of their comfort zone on many occasions. Brooke Bendall in 4CS, said, "I was really nervous about the Grafham Challenge but I pushed myself and I did it!" A wonderful experience all round.”
