Miss Huckle (Head of Netball)
On Thursday 14th November, 18 very excited young netballers travelled to the Ricoh Arena to participate in the Wasps Community Day.
The girls participated in a variety of different activity based stations including shooting, ball handling and match play. They also had the opportunity to meet England Netball and Wasps netball legend Jade Clarke and ask her some questions. A highlight for the girls was holding her Commonwealth Gold and World Cup Bronze medals.
Tamsin Moala, another Wasps Netball superstar, took the girls on a tour of the underground changing rooms, where they event got an exclusive sneak peek of 2020 Wasps Superleague Dress! To finish off the day, the girls had the opportunity to write some good luck messages for the 2020 Wasps netball team and meet Wasps Netball Head Coach – Mel Mansfield.
